Clinical Pilates
Sarah started her journey with the Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute (APPI) in 2017 and became an APPI Certified Matwork Pilates Instructor in 2022.
Sarah, an experienced Physiotherapist, uses Pilates-based exercise regularly when treating patients in her clinic and also offers Clinical Pilates Classes, including both Matwork Classes and a specially adapted Seated Pilates Class for those less able to get on and off the floor.
Sarah’s classes are suitable for all and can be adapted to suit individual needs including those rehabilitating from injury, operations or managing longterm musculoskeletal conditions.
Alternatively if you are looking to maintain your overall physical health, Pilates can help to improve your posture, balance, strength, mobility, coordination, reduce the risk of injury, promote general wellbeing or complement your usual training programme.
All participants are required to complete a screening form prior to joining a class and may benefit from a 1:1 assessment if required.
